Eric Schroeder
Senior Pastor
Pastor Eric is a retired police officer, served in the United States Air Force and now is the Sr. Pastor at Radiant New Life Church. He loves to play golf, fish, and spend time out on the water during his free time.
He is passionate about seeing believers walk in the fullness that God has for them. He wants to see a move of God across this land, and see increased signs, wonders, and miracles break forth. He enjoys teaching on Faith, and having a strong prayer time that sends the enemy running.
Eric helped plant a church in St Cloud, MN where he served as an Associate Pastor for several years before moving to Florida. He attended Rhema Bible Training College, in Tulsa, OK. He is an international minister, and has spoken via the internet in places like Kenya, Pakistan, and India.
He has written two books and is currently working on his third called A Father's Affirmation: Building identity one word at a time. His first book is called From the Trenches to Victory, and the second is called Forerunners Arise. You can pick up your copy on Amazon or Kindle.

Désirée Schroeder
Senior Pastor/Worship Leader
Désireé is a Panama City native. She has traveled to France, Iceland, and Canada. She has been on mission trip to share the gospel to Native America reservations here in America. She has a Masters degree in French and speaks it fluently. She is a writer and freelance copy editor. She is also a wonderful mother to their son.
Désirée after marrying Pastor Eric moved to Minnesota where she served on the worship team and as an Associate Pastor. She returned to Panama City, FL with her family in 2018, and helped start Radiant New Life Church in 2021.
She has a compassionate heart, and enjoys allowing God to give her words to uplift people, and help them achieve their destinies. Her tenderness, and angelic heart has helped several people release pains, and strongholds binding them.
She is also an intercessor, and goes after the Father's heart in prayer and doesn't give up until things begin to change and move.

Connie Schroeder
Connection Team Leader
Connie relocated to Panama City in 2023 to be closer to family. Since her arrival, she has become an invaluable asset, expertly leading our Connection Team. In this role, she personally reaches out to every new visitor, extending a warm welcome and addressing any inquiries they may have. Her outgoing personality enables her to forge genuine connections with everyone she encounters.
